(RAI) is a family-owned, medium-sized heavy construction and paving firm headquartered in San Angelo, Texas.  Our company, founded in 1940 by Reece Albert, is a fully-integrated company providing construction services for site work, roadway and highway construction, underground utility, concrete and bridge structure, and concrete and hot mix paving projects throughout West Texas and the border area.

Our combined clients include private individuals, commercial entities, cities, counties, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), TxDOT Aviation, the US Air Force, the US General Services Administration, the US Corps of Engineers, and several international corporations who operate facilities in Texas.
